3x3 LED Display for One Royal Bay

One Royal Bay, a premium commercial complex in BeiHai, commissioned a 3x3 big size LED display to enhance its brand image and advertising impact. 

The project faced three challenges: seamless splicing for a flawless visual effect, durability in BeiHai’s humid coastal climate, and a tight 30-day timeline for design, production, and installation.

To withstand the coastal environment, we selected corrosion-resistant coating materials and conducted rigorous environmental tests. 

To meet the deadline, we optimized the supply chain, implemented 24/7 production shifts, and coordinated logistics and installation teams, delivering three days ahead of schedule.
