4x3 LED Video Wall for Shenzhen 4S Auto Shop

A premium 4S auto dealership in Shenzhen commissioned our company to customize and install a 4x3 large-scale LED video wall near a charging station to enhance brand display and customer experience. The project faced three challenges: achieving seamless splicing for a high-definition visual effect, mitigating electromagnetic interference and heat from the nearby charging station, and completing design, production, and installation within a tight 28-day timeline.

We formed a dedicated team, utilizing high-precision LED modules and custom frames to ensure seamless integration and smooth visuals. 

To address electromagnetic interference and heat, we selected shielded materials and an efficient cooling system, validated through rigorous testing. 

To meet the deadline, we optimized the supply chain, implemented 24/7 production, and coordinated logistics and installation teams, delivering two days early.

The result was a vibrant, ultra-clear display with excellent interference resistance, seamlessly blending into the dealership’s upscale ambiance, earning high client satisfaction. This project not only elevated the store’s tech appeal but also secured further collaborations, showcasing our expertise in LED video wall solutions.
